This senior thesis collection is a study that dives into the meaning of the homonym "body" as it refers to the figure of a human and the frame of an automobile. The concept of this collection translates the theoretical lines of a car onto the human form to create clothes that protect the individual. In this collection I incorporated composite molds and resins onto the fabric to create hard-body pieces integrate industrial design processes into fashion development.
